1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Use of Services
Our services are provided for business purposes. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. SMS and Text Messaging
By providing your phone number and opting into our SMS services, you consent to receive text messages from us. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply. We will not share your mobile information with any third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Service Subscriptions
Prices shown at checkout are paid monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel before your next renewal date—service continues through the end of the paid period.
- Visibility Pro — $497/month: one business location and one Google Business Profile, with posts published to your Google Business Profile only. Your rate is protected for your first 12 consecutive paid months, with no automatic increase at month 13. This is price protection, not a 12-month commitment.
- Social Presence — $297/month: four original content pieces cross-published to your Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts. Posting only—no ongoing profile optimization, review management, or reporting.
- Visibility Pro + Social — $594/month ($497 + $97):the same four pieces distributed across all connected platforms, with no double charge for the Google Business Profile.
- Social Distribution add-on — $97/month: requires an active Visibility Pro subscription. If Visibility Pro ends, social does not automatically reprice to $297—you choose standalone Social Presence or stop social.
- Optional services — $97/month (Review Request System, Website Care) and $99/month (Missed-Call Text-Back): purchased inside the Stripe checkout or via direct link. Website Care applies at the launch of a supported VersePilot-hosted website. Missed-Call Text-Back paid continuation is separate from the free 14-day pilot, which never converts automatically.
- Messaging and third-party platform costs are disclosed during onboarding before activation—no undisclosed extra charges.
Completing a checkout does not automatically start fulfillment. After payment, VersePilot contacts you to arrange onboarding and service activation. Full pricing details are on the pricing page, and existing customers can manage subscriptions through the billing portal.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VersePilot or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
VersePilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding month.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
